The PFLAG Lower Columbia chapter works to support families of, allies of, and people who are LGBTQ through education about the unique issues and challenges LGBTQ people face as well as advocating in our community to change attitudes and create policies and laws to achieve full equality for LGBTQ people.
At each monthly support meeting, following program presentations, PFLAG hosts a discussion period where parents and allies can talk about issues with their LGBTQ families and friends. Meetings also often include guest speakers who provide information on LGBTQ related topics. Monthly meetings are held every second Sunday of the month at St. James Family Center at 5:00pm.
- Membership is not required to attend meetings.
